Installation & Setup

Does Appy Days modify my theme code?

No. Appy Days injects a single script tag via the Shopify ScriptTag API. Your theme files remain untouched. If you uninstall the app, the script is automatically removed.

Will Appy Days slow down my store?

Appy Days is designed to be the lightest all-in-one app on Shopify. Only the modules you enable are loaded, and each module is lazy-loaded on the pages where it is needed. Disabled modules add zero weight.

Can I use Appy Days alongside other apps?

Yes. Appy Days is designed to coexist with other apps. However, running duplicate functionality (e.g., two review apps at once) is not recommended as it adds unnecessary page weight.

Modules

Can I enable only the modules I need?

Absolutely. Every module is independent. Enable one, three, or all of them. You only pay for and load what you use.

Will disabling a module delete my data?

No. Disabling a module hides it from your storefront but preserves all data (reviews, upsell rules, popup configurations, etc.). Re-enabling restores everything.

Can I preview changes before publishing?

Yes. Every module has a preview mode that lets you see changes on your live store without affecting visitors. Use the Preview button in any module's settings.

Data & Privacy

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored securely on servers within your selected region (US or EU). We do not sell or share merchant or customer data with third parties.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Every module supports data export in CSV format. Go to the module's settings and click Export Data.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Your data is retained for 30 days after uninstallation. If you reinstall within that window, everything is restored. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our privacy policy.

Billing

How will the free plan work?

The planned free plan includes basic versions of all core modules with no time limit. No credit card is required. You can use it indefinitely. Final plans are confirmed when the app launches on the Shopify App Store.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time through your Shopify admin. Plan changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Yes. Annual plans include a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Contact support to switch to annual billing.
