30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If the Appy Days storefront platform isn't right for you, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your first purchaseof any license tier — Single Theme, All Access, or Lifetime All Access. You don't need to give a reason, though feedback always helps us improve.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@appydays.co from the address you purchased with, and include your order or license details
  2. We'll confirm and process the refund within 5 business days
  3. The refund is issued to your original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take a few extra days to post it

What Happens After a Refund

Your license key is deactivated and access to the private GitHub repository and downloads ends. You must stop using the platform code in any store.

Scope

  • The guarantee applies to your firstpurchase. Renewals, upgrades, and repeat purchases aren't covered automatically — but if something is wrong, email us and we'll work it out.
  • Add-on services that have already been delivered (for example a completed Launch Package setup) can't be refunded once the work is done.
  • We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or violations of the license.
